AI agents built for the people who actually do the work
We embed inside your business, learn how your team really works, and build AI agents that make them dramatically more effective. Computers replaced typewriters, not typists — and AI is the same kind of shift.
How we turn AI potential into work that ships
The Embed
We spend one to two weeks on-site — watching, asking questions, sitting in on meetings, and shadowing the people who do the work. We're not auditors. We're there to understand your workflows before we recommend anything, because we earn the right to advise by understanding the job first.
The Recommendation
We translate what we observed into specific, prioritized agent opportunities — framed in terms you care about, whether that's cost savings, revenue, or hours reclaimed. You get workflow maps, an opportunity log, projected impact, and a clear statement of work with defined success criteria.
Agent Development & Implementation
We're not a vibe-coding shop. We apply the discipline of software engineering to build robust, maintainable systems. Our platform follows a simple principle — abstract the similarities, configure the differences — pairing a core agent with shared capabilities like monitoring and reporting and bolting on custom skills tailored to your data and workflows.
Ongoing Partnership
After deployment, we stick around. We monitor performance, tune the system as your business evolves, keep it on the latest models, and re-embed to find the next opportunity. Someone is always watching the AI stack so it never becomes neglected infrastructure.
Our work
Client systems in production, and the internal agent suite we've built to run our own practice. Everything here is deployed and running — client work built from embeds, internal tools built from necessity.
OpenHBG
LiveA public-facing open data platform giving citizens, journalists, and civic organizations easy access to city datasets. Built to make government data approachable and actionable for everyone.
Harrisburg Dashboard
LiveReal-time operational dashboard surfacing key metrics for city leadership and residents. Turns raw municipal data into actionable visibility across departments.
Broad Street Market
LiveA deployed agent that continuously monitors news sources and social channels relevant to Broad Street Market, surfacing mentions, trends, and sentiment shifts so the team stays ahead of the conversation.
The Librarian
LiveKnowledge Management. Eliminates manual filing by automatically ingesting and categorizing documents from Google Drive — so institutional knowledge is organized and accessible instead of buried in folders.
Knowledge Indexer
LiveInformation Retrieval. Makes every internal document semantically searchable, cutting the time spent hunting for past decisions, precedents, and context from hours to seconds.
Grant Finder
LiveRevenue Development. Continuously surfaces relevant funding opportunities and tracks deadlines automatically — capturing grant revenue that would otherwise be missed due to bandwidth constraints.
Scheduler
LiveOperations & Dispatch. Reduces schedule-building time from days to minutes by optimizing resource assignments against constraints and explaining trade-offs in plain language.
Atlas
LiveBusiness Intelligence. Synthesizes internal documents into a continuously updated knowledge wiki — giving teams a single source of truth for clients, projects, and decisions instead of scattered notes.
Gordon
LiveLead Enrichment & Event Tracking. Monitors contacts and companies, tracking industry conferences, networking events, and professional gatherings — then enriches records with context so every introduction and follow-up is timely and informed.
Kirk
In DevIT Operations. Monitors every agent in the suite with continuous health checks and alerts — shifting from reactive incident response to proactive uptime management.
Clark
In DevCommunications & Brand Management. Monitors news and social channels for mentions of your organization and key topics — delivering a daily briefing instead of an inbox full of surprises.
Tally
In DevExecutive Operations. Tracks action items, surfaces upcoming deadlines, and triages incoming email — reducing administrative overhead so leadership stays focused on decisions, not coordination.
We close the gap between what AI can do and what businesses are actually doing with it
We're not AI theorists. We're operators and engineers who have spent careers inside real businesses — scaling teams, building data infrastructure, and automating what slows companies down. We started Agentic Solutions because we kept watching small and mid-sized businesses fall further behind, not for lack of ambition, but for lack of access. The tools exist. We know how to deploy them.
Based in Harrisburg, PA and Morristown, NJ, we work with businesses locally and across the country — embedding on-site when it matters, and remotely when it doesn't.
Brian Luley
Based in Morristown, NJ, Brian is an operations strategist and AI implementer with 15+ years of experience scaling businesses across tech, food & beverage, hospitality, and specialty materials — and a track record of deploying AI inside real operations, not just recommending it. At Honeywell, he managed a $150M global supply chain and drove $10M in cost savings in a single fiscal year. At Frog Design, he led $4M+ programs for Fortune 100 clients across financial services, fintech, and consumer products. At Mealco, he launched an AI-powered customer success operation that cut production errors by 74%. At Sonder, he scaled a city operations team from 4 people to 82 and automated risk profiling that reduced manual staffing needs by 70%. Through LuWorx Consulting, he has helped VC- and PE-backed companies consolidate fragmented tech stacks and eliminate over $180K in annualized overhead. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt, an MBA from Baruch College, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Brian leads client strategy, go-to-market execution, and business partnerships at Agentic Solutions.
Paul Gellerman
Paul spent seven years as an Operations Research Analyst for the U.S. Army — including a field deployment to Djibouti — where he learned that analysis only matters if it changes what someone does next. That discipline carried him to Palantir Technologies, where as a Deployment Strategist he embedded inside organizations to build data systems from the ground up and make them operational. After Palantir, he brought that same approach to The Hershey Company as Senior Manager of Data Engineering, then to NABIS as the company's first data hire, building a full-stack environment in a greenfield startup. He currently leads data engineering at Travelers, one of the country's largest insurers, where he has spent the last four years reshaping how the organization understands its own data. He holds a data science certificate from Georgetown University, an engineering degree from Virginia Tech, and chairs the Executive Committee of the Broad Street Market Alliance in Harrisburg, PA. Paul designs and builds the AI agents, data pipelines, and automation systems that Agentic Solutions delivers to clients.
Most consultancies either pitch strategy they can't execute, or build tools that don't fit the business. Brian has lived your operational challenges from the inside — managing budgets, presenting to executive boards, building teams under pressure, and deploying AI inside real companies. Paul has built the data infrastructure that Fortune 500 organizations and the U.S. military depend on — and spent two years at Palantir doing exactly what we do: embedding inside organizations and building systems that outlast the engagement.
That's the gap we built Agentic Solutions to close.
Let's make your team's work easier
The demo is the pitch. We show real, working systems and we measure success in plain language — hours saved, revenue gained, errors eliminated, decisions made faster. If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll tell you that too. Reach out and let's talk about where it could make a difference for your people.
